You’ll have full access to the software immediately after signing up.  Data migration timeframes will vary depending on the size and complexity of your data.  We’ll confirm approximate timing with you once we understand your setup. 

Can I cancel anytime? What are the notice requirements?

Yes you are able to cancel at anytime with 30 days notice. 

What is the difference between Infusion Online and Infusion Desktop?

Infusion Online is a cloud-based solution that runs over the internet, giving you access to your system anytime, anywhere. It includes automatic backups and secure data storage, with no need to manage servers or updates.

Infusion Desktop is installed locally on your computer or server. While it provides the same core functionality, it relies on your own infrastructure for access, backups, and maintenance, and doesn’t offer the flexibility of cloud-based access.

Can I customise Infusion to my business requirements?
