4. Go-Live Migration
Your system is transitioned to Infusion Online with minimal downtime.

5. Onboarding and Training
We support your team with training and onboarding to ensure you’re confident using the new system.

Throughout the process, our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade.

Most customers complete this process with minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations. 

We can generally have you up and running on Infusion Online within 3-4 hours. If we expect it to be longer we’ll keep you well informed.

Yes there is a cost associated with parts of the migration process, and we’ll always be upfront about this from the beginning.

Following an initial chat, we’ll provide a clear price based on your setup and requirements so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

The charge typically covers key stages of the migration, including:

• Evaluation and system checks
• Data upload and migration
• Confirmation of data integrity
• Go-live report pack (including reports from both desktop and cloud)
• A guided “getting started” call

Data preparation work (such as cleaning or restructuring your data prior to migration) is not included and may be scoped separately if needed.

Yes there is a migration utility which provides a report with any data inconsistencies it finds that are need to be addressed before the migration.  You may need help from you partner or Infusion to resolve some of the issues.

The getting started call will cover the new functionality in Infusion online which is not in the desktop versions.  

Infusion provides additional help and online videos in its online knowledge base to assist further.  If additional training is required please discuss this with your partner or Infusion.
