11—15 Users $150 + gst 2
16—20 Users $195 + gst 2
21+ Users $245 + gst 2
Services per Hour $180 + gst  
Desktop developer rate per hour $210 + gst  

Please note the following Support is not included in the Support plan:

  • Onsite Training and Support

  • Travel

  • Installation

  • Report and layout changes exceeding 15 mins - these will be quoted

  • Hardware and Network Support

After Hours Support

We know business doesn’t always stop at 5pm. Our after-hours support team is available seven days a week to assist when you need it.
After-hours support is charged based on time spent by our support specialists. Where appropriate, requests may be scheduled for follow-up by our general support team during normal business hours to ensure the best outcome.
