How quickly can I start using the software after signing up?

You’ll have full access to the software immediately after signing up. If data migration is required, this typically takes a few days depending on size — but we manage the process carefully to ensure minimal disruption to your business.

What happens if my business grows and I need more functionality?

Our products are developed to add new capability as your business grows, for example moving from managing one retail outlet, to adding on online shop, or adding a second or third physical shop. Adding new users is easy as is making new functionality available when its needed.

Can I migrate data from my existing system?

Typically yes and a deeper discussion is required to understand the type and amount of data you will require in a new application. Understanding which data is for historic purposes only, and what is required operationally is critically in changing quickly and minimising costs.

What sort of support is provided?
