Discover the latest Infusion Online updates, including better financial reporting, job management, purchasing, stock and everyday workflow improvements.

What’s New in Infusion Online: Four Releases in Six Weeks

More visibility. More control. Smoother everyday work.

Four releases in six weeks with improvements across financial reporting, jobs, purchasing, stock and everyday processing.

Our latest Infusion Online releases have focused on one thing: making it easier to see what’s happening in your business, stay in control and get the day-to-day work done.

Better financial visibility

Find out what happened to a deleted invoice

Ever wondered, “Where did that invoice go?”

Managers can now review deleted customer and supplier invoices in one place, including who deleted them, when they were deleted and key invoice details.

That means better visibility for audit and support, and a much easier way to investigate missing transactions.

A dedicated Bank Reconciliation Report

Checking that your bank activity matches your Infusion records is now easier with a dedicated Bank Reconciliation Report.

Spend less time chasing differences and have more confidence that everything lines up at month-end.

Bank Reconciliations

See what's paid at a glance

Customer and supplier invoice lists now display a clear Paid badge when an invoice has been settled.

A small change that makes a big difference when you're scanning a busy invoice list.

Improved Profit & Loss year-end reporting

We've improved the way year-end closing is handled within the Profit & Loss report, including an interim P&L report to provide better visibility during the year-end process.

More Control over jobs and profitability

See Work in Progress as at any date

Need to know exactly where your jobs stood at month-end or on any other specific day?

Job WIP can now be reported as at a chosen date, giving you a clearer picture of your open job position at that point in time.

Make the Jobs list work your way

The Jobs list is now more flexible. Rearrange columns, sort information and export the list to create the view that works best for your day-to-day needs.

Keep purchases connected to the right job

Purchase orders can now be tied more easily to the relevant job, helping you keep job costs accurate and up to date.

And when a supplier invoice doesn't start with a purchase order, you can now capture that cost directly against the job — giving you a more complete picture of job profitability.

More control after a job is closed

Every business handles closed jobs differently. You can now choose whether additional costs can be added after a job has been closed, giving you greater control over how final job profitability is managed.

Smarter purchasing and stock

Multi-currency purchasing is on the way

Purchasing from overseas suppliers is getting easier with improved multi-currency purchase orders.

Foreign-currency purchases and exchange rates will flow more cleanly through the purchasing process, with end-to-end foreign currency functionality expected in October 2026.

This functionality is currently in preview.

Stronger stock valuation reporting

We've improved product valuation reporting to provide a clearer view of inventory value and make your stock reporting easier to rely on.

Small changes that make everyday work easier

Not every improvement needs to be a major new feature. Some of the most useful changes happen quietly in the background.

Safer customer payment processing

We've strengthened customer payment processing to reduce the risk of conflicting updates when multiple users are processing payments at the same time.

The result? Safer, more dependable processing during busy payment runs.

Better website product synchronisation

If you sell products with variants online, those variants now synchronise to your website along with the main product.

That means fewer missing product options online and less manual checking after synchronisation.

Pick up where you left off

If your Infusion session times out, you'll now return to the page you were using after signing back in.

A simple improvement that means less clicking around to get back to what you were doing.

Four releases. Six weeks. Plenty more to come.

Some of these improvements you'll notice straight away. Others work quietly in the background to make the processes you rely on every day safer and more dependable.

Together, they're part of our ongoing work to make Infusion simpler to use, easier to trust and better at giving you control of your business.
